Das Apartment wurde von einer Immobilienfirma gekauft, mit dem Nutzen das Apartment für Arbeitnehmer, Berufspendler oder Studenten befristet zu vermieten. Dementsprechend musste das Apartment auf Vordermann gebracht und voll ausgestattet werden. Ein Teil des Mobiliars, wie die Betten, die Küchenstühle und der Küchentisch wurden von der Immobilienfirma gestellt. Nach unserem Umstyling hat das Apartment zudem einen einzigartigen Stil und einen hohen Wiedererkennungswert bekommen, wodurch sich das Apartment schnell online vermieten lässt.
